The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses resulting from hot tub use. • Guests with medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, pregnancy, or high blood pressure) should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. • No children under 12 are allowed in the hot tub without adult supervision. • No glass in or near the hot tub. • Guests must shower before use and keep the cover on when not in use. • By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to this waiver. ## **🏡 Hidden Pines Retreat - House Rules** ### ✅ General Policies 1. **No Smoking or Vaping Indoors**: $250 fine for smoking or vaping inside the space. No throwing cigarettes or trash outside — all waste must be disposed of in the designated trash area. 2. **No Pets Allowed**: Violation will result in immediate ejection without refund and a $500 deep cleaning fee. ### 🛑 Check-In/Out Policies 3. **Check-Out Time**: 10:00 AM 4. **Early Check-In**: Early check-in is available at 1:00 PM for a $39 fee, when available. 5. **Late Check-Out**: Late check-out may be available until 1:00 PM for a $39 fee, when available. 6. **Trash Policy**: No littering outside.
